Popped in on a Saturday with some friends for a quick breakfast. I ordered the biscuit with egg, bacon and cheese. Tried to order the chicken biscuit sliders but my friend got the last one. They looked super yummy though. My biscuit was good but I'd skip the hash browns next time. The sweet tea is A+ here. The women working were super nice and came by our table to ask if we wanted refills. It was a bit toasty inside but didn't stop us from enjoying breakfast. Will be back for the chicken sliders!
My gf started to like me again shortly after eating here. I suspect potency levels of evolutionary rhythm suited for human life sustained in the practices of said establishment. Will be back approximately 3 - 7 times per 12 month basis. Good toast.
Fantastic food, friendly staff, quick service. If you know what used to be in this space it's even better. Let's just say they definitely know how to beat the eggs and whip the cream.
This is the type of place we all want in our neighborhoods. It's an independent charming corner anchor and familiarly comfortable. The food is unique. Different options (none have been duds). The coffee is great. The people are too. Indoor seating outdoor seating.
Not sure what kind of ham it was in the omelette I had- but absolutely delicious. Also got some normal scrambled eggs and those were also way above average. Service was friendly and nice atmosphere. One note- it's only partially table service- ie you order at counter then they bring the food and drinks to you.
So fresh and yummyyyyyyyyy! The homemade ranch is bomb and they had the food ready when I walked in the door. Cute spot too

Charmed is a charming little restaurant located right at the corner. They got a simple but interesting menu with reasonable prices. Parking is free for 2 hours. Which it will take to order, enjoy the food, and have some good conversations, but the last one is determined by you or your company. I enjoyed my Rueben and company. It is a BMR themed restaurant, which fits perfect in this neighborhood.
Chicken Biscuits | Iced Hot Chocolate | Ratio Chicken Biscuits - I had the chicken Biscuits, and they were delicious. Very filling and worthwhile. Highly recommend it. Iced Hot Chocolate - Normally, I'm not a fan of the "iced/frozen" versions of drinks traditionally served hot. However, this was AMAZING. Their blend of hot chocolate was extremely tasty and very surprising. Ratio - The best aspect of this restaurant is the price-to-portions ratio--one of the best in the city. Pro Tip: Not a lot of parking in the area. So add 10 minutes to your travel or uber over. Pro Tip: Ask the staff for the recommendations - they won't lead you wrong. Pro Tip: There is not a lot of outdoor space. So, if you want to sit outside, be sure to go earlier.
